When can we contact you to configure your equipment?

We configure your equipment remotely. We use your computer to do so. Please install TeamViewer on your computer, and make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.

Please provide us some dates and times when we can perform the configuration via your computer. The installation takes +/- 1 hour.

Private WiFi Network

Only share your private WiFi network with members of your family or company. Use a hard-to-decipher password.

You can reuse the name and password of your current WiFi network for your new WiFi network. All your devices will automatically connect to the new network, without you having to change their settings.

Choose a password with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 64 characters. Use at least 1 number or punctuation mark. Do not use special letters or characters such as é, ç, %, $.

Guest WiFi Network

You share this network with your guests. It is isolated from your private WiFi network. From this network you have no access to other devices on the network. That's safe. Choose a simple password (e.g. Welcome) that you can easily remember.

Install the UniFi Network App and create your UniFi account

You have access to the S-WiFi Cloud Controller via the UniFi Network App. This gives you control and a clear overview on the status of your WiFi and data network.

• Download the UniFi Network app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Create your UniFi account.
• During the creation of your UniFi account you will receive an email from Ubiquiti to confirm your email address.
• After your account has been confirmed, you can activate access to the S-WiFi Cloud Controller.

Activate your access to the S-WiFi Cloud Controller

Once the configuration of your equipment has been prepared, an invitation from the S-WiFi Cloud Controller will be sent to the email address of your UniFi account, as provided above.

• Open the email from the S-WiFi Cloud Controller and click on the link of the invitation.

• The link takes you to a web page where you reconfirm that you want to access the S-WiFi Cloud Controller.
• Open the UniFi Network app. You now have access to the S-WiFi Cloud Controller.

S-WiFi Upgrade Service Year 1 (included)

I allow S-WiFi to update the software of my UniFi WiFi access points and network equipment. This improves the operation and security of my WiFi and data network.
